Releasing in March 2023, the CLOT x Nike Cortez 'Bruce Lee' is a continuation of the "Clotez" collaboration the partners created the previous month. Created by CLOT founder Edison Chen and designer Harry Wong, the sneaker features a familiar two-tone design inspired by Bruce Lee's jumpsuit from the classic 1979 film Game of Death. The reimagined Cortez features a Yellow leather upper with contrasting Black accents on the Swoosh branding, laces and mismatched heel tabs, each marked with Chinese characters referencing CLOT's Trendy Gang NFT. Inspired by cozy shoes, the base model features a black body inspired by traditional Kung Fu shoes and supported by a lugged rubber outsole. The removable insole provides light cushioning, and the toggle closure on the heel provides a secure fit.
